This event is being held in partnership with Forum for the Future Americas.

The practice of foresight may seem nebulous at first, but we are always making decisions about our futures in ways large and small. How do we make the practice one that everyone can engage in?

The RSA, and Forum for the Future, have recently released reports on this topic:

  • A stitch in time: realising the value of futures and foresight
  • From system shock to system change – time to transform
Each provides a framework for answering that question, but our panel will share "what comes next" and how we might build upon the findings shared to embed the practice into our everyday lived experience.

RSA US Virtual Salons occur on the fourth Thursday of each month; they aim to create open dialogue and a space for RSA US Fellows to connect across geography over the issues of our times. Join a Salon to get to know other RSA US Fellows and our interests, passions, and perspectives. Salons are supported through the moderation of a volunteer to ensure that a diversity of voices are heard. We invite all Fellows to join this discussion to deepen the ways we can connect with each other across the country!
