Students at Liverpool Universities and Birmingham University get free entry into the show (*full details below) and if you're 16-25 years old, sign up for free to £5 Keith Haring exhibition tickets. Melodic Distraction will be playing an incredible mix of music from the 1980s to now. Turn t-shirts into tote bags in our free upcycling workshop. Head to Tate Exchange for fashion with a twist by leading designer Bethany Williams. Grab a bite to eat in our cafe, where we'll be serving delicious street food.

See award-winning designer Bethany Williams' stunning A/W 2019 collection, Adelaide House.Named after a women's shelter in Liverpool, Williams uses old newspaper waste from the Liverpool Echo in her designs. Hear Williams' in conversation at 19.30. She'll talk about her work, her collection and her showcase at London Fashion Week.

Upcycling workshop

Got an old t-shirt that could do with a makeover? Join our free upcycling workshop from 18.30 to turn it into a tote bag! We'll have spare t-shirts (leftover from previous workshops) if you don't have one to bring with you on the evening. Designer Sam Nowell will be here to share his expertise in fashion design.

Poetry performances

Enjoy poetry performances by Tate Collective Producers which respond to Keith Haring's iconic symbol, the radiant baby. Join us at 20.30 in Op Art in Focus on the second floor.

*Students who attend Liverpool John Moores University, University of Liverpool, Liverpool Hope University, Edge Hill University, City of Liverpool College and Birmingham City University get free entry into our Keith Haring exhibition. Just show a valid student card.
