We are thrilled to announce our first talk with Keith Ross!
We’ll be chatting to him about his work, but mostly this will be an opportunity for you to spark the conversation. (All the talks will follow in the same open Tea & Water forum format.)
Tiny Concert is a venue for bite-sized animated music videos, created by Keith — Creative Director, illustrator and animator with a punk rock imagination.
(He just recently drew and animated the new Pearl Jam video, "Superblood Wolfmoon").
His illustration style is as raw and visceral as the songs he pays tribute to. And his instrument of choice is a ballpoint pen for its sticky ink and sloppy lines. Every smudge, ink blot and slip of the line gives his subjects their joyfully, animated character.
Just as you need a few chords a guitar and raw talent to write a great song, Tiny Concert is proof that pen, paper and the same can bring one to life.
