Do you sometimes feel as if technology has more control over you than the other way around? Do you feel like you use technology so mindlessly that you are not even aware of how much it is negatively impacting your mental health, your productivity, your relationships? Or maybe the opposite, you are all too aware of the negative impacts but you are not sure how to break your unhealthy technology habits?

Technology blurs the lines between work and home life, now more than ever. We wear our technology, we carry our phones everywhere, we are always on, we are always connected and it's impacting us in more ways than we realise.

If this sounds familiar to you, you might be suffering at the hands of technology-induced stress, or 'technostress.' Technostress can lead to negative outcomes such as decreased productivity, work-family conflict, lower job satisfaction, higher turnover and burnout, to name but a few.

If you believe that technostress is impacting you or your team members, please join Aoife Donovan Lee, for this informative and practical online event. She will be covering what technostress is and how it shows up as well as giving you a simple 3 step process for breaking those unhealthy technology habits that are getting in your way.

This event is taking place live from Dublin, Ireland. Please calculate the time difference if joining from elsewhere.

This event is open to both our Iconic members and non-members.
