The world is getting smaller and becoming more of a global village with all kinds of people and groups coming together regardless of ability, race, culture and gender. Cultural diversity is swiftly becoming the norm in society. Companies are beginning to recognise the advantages of having a diverse workforce.

This iconic workshop presented by Dermot and Pearl of Under the Rainbow will explain why. Topics such as understanding diversity, the future of business, the benefits of diversity in the workplace, creating a positive work culture and much more will be discussed. Both presenters Dermot McCarthy and Pearl Letlotlo Odessite will present the importance of diversity, acceptance, inclusion and belonging based on their own personal and professional experience of diversity in the workplace. Both presenters have vast experience in presenting this topic to both aspiring entrepreneurs and small businesses.

By attending this event you will gain a deeper understanding of what diversity is and why it is the future of a successful business. The event will be a fun learning experience provided by experts in diversity and business with an invitation to participate.

This event is taking place live from Dublin, Ireland. Please calculate the time difference if joining from elsewhere. This event is open to both our Iconic members and non-members.
