Have you always dreamed of working for a heritage brand or a massive conglomerate?
Organisations that are household names and industry leaders are glossy, enticing, and often can open a lot of doors…once you get in! However, it can also be tricky to get noticed, as competition is high and they can sometimes have rigorous selection processes.
At last count smaller sized organisations make up 95% of the creative industry! What does this mean for you? There’s a lot of untapped potential! You may not even know the name of the company that’ll give you your dream job yet.
Come along to our online session to discuss some of the pros and cons of working with micro and medium sized organisations, figure out how to find them and explore ways to get noticed!
There is a lot of value and opportunity to be found in applying to smaller organisations and start-ups join us for an hour-long session to find out just how much.
