A highly engaging, interactive and impactful workshop focusing on the concept of ‘Digital Wellbeing’ as a core component of sustained high performance and enhanced health and wellbeing. The workshop has been carefully designed with research based, thought provoking content covering 3 key areas:

Defining Digital Wellbeing

Concept Overview – What does the term ‘Digital Wellbeing’ actually mean and what role does it play in terms of a person’s holistic wellbeing?

The Importance of Digital Wellbeing

Setting the Context - Snapshot into global digital trends, with focus on internet usage and individual accessibility habits. There is particular focus on the impact of digital wellbeing on performance and how the constantly connected multi-device / multi-platform approach leads to diminished performance and impacts health and wellbeing.

Building Digital Boundaries

Creating Balance – the workshop concludes with providing delegates with tools and techniques that can be immediately incorporated into their lifestyles and results in building a better relationship with technology. The tools and techniques are proven to be very effective for those wishing to set boundaries and create better balance.
