The turmoil of this year has been a true test for most of us. Working and living in isolation, uncertainty about the future and financial instability can be a lot to cope with, even on a good day.
In this interactive workshop we'll explore the difference between mental health, mental illness and mental wealth. You will learn to identify the signs of positive and sub-optimal mental wellbeing and learn evidence-based techniques to improve your own mental health and support others in and out of the workplace.
This session will challenge stigma and encourage open conversation, making you a more adaptable and confident to support your community.
