Jamaica and New York Reggae and Dancehall label VP Records joins forces with London Dancehall entertainment phenomenon Shabba Party to bring their Winter Carnival Party to the ice.
Expect some of London’s hottest DJs and some legends spinning Dancehall, Reggae, Afro-beats and more including Yng Cptn and Ras Kwame. 
With roots in the late 50s, beginning life at the famous Kingston Record store 17 North Parade and legendary Studio 17, VP Records launched in 1979 in NYC to bring Reggae and Dancehall to the world - a mission it continues today. 
Shabba Party have built up a reputation as London’s leading all year-round Carnival Party experience and have introduced many DJs and artists from the Caribbean and Afro-beat music scene to the stage.  
Yng Cptn is a multi-genre DJ, based in London. He plays the best in Afrobeats, Dancehall, Reggae, DNB, Jungle, House, Funky House and Garage. He always brings his unique sound and undisputed mixing abilities to the dance floor. Known for his deep appreciation of Reggae and Dancehall past and present, Yng Cptn has always been inspired by lyrics and rhythm. Growing up with his DJ father, Big Bad Captain, who has helped build Skyline Radio for 33 years. Yng Cptn began collecting music as a child. Working with fashion brands as a model for over a decade, he has a distinct flair for mixing music, art, and culture in his DJing and creative partnerships.
Ras Kwame is a musician, record producer, radio DJ and presenter. He started in the music industry as a club DJ playing Hip Hop, R&B and Reggae in the early 1990s, taking control of the turntables for Gang Starr, Public Enemy, Wu Tang Clan, London Posse and the Fugees.  On top of an extensive production career that has yielded fruitful collaborations with Kano, Vybz Kartel, Sneakbo, George The Poet, Busta Rhymes, Busy Signal, Tyga, Demarco, Lisa Mercedez, Fatman Scoop, Mr Eazi, Stylo G, RDX and Cecile, his illustrious radio career has taken in lengthy stints with BBC 1Xtra, and BBC Radio1 succeeding the legendary broadcaster John Peel’s show. Ras currently presents The Reggae Recipe on Sunday nights on Globals' Capital Xtra, featuring the freshest dancehall and reggae with guest mixes and interviews.
