It has never been more important to be able to speak the language of business and understand how to prepare and if necessary present a cashflow. To help give you the best chance of survival in this incredibly difficult time, I am running a free zoom workshop.
We will be covering:
• Managing your own cashflow as well as the business cashflow as often these are more intertwined than they should be and looking at some tools to help.
• How to manage lenders and creditors – the importance of confidently explaining your plan using the right terms and know why they will want to see your Balance Sheet.
• Creative ways to use stock and assets and creditors to help your cash position, as well as looking at new government initiatives.
A key aspect of securing funding whether it’s getting extended payment terms from a creditor or some kind of loan is confidence. Boosting your confidence is the objective of this workshop.

Johnny Martin is an experienced Finance Director who now passionately explains business numbers and jargon. He is the author of the highly acclaimed book Understanding Your Business Finances and his workshops have been awarded High Impact status by Global Entrepreneurship Week.
