Join Michelle James Reynolds from Share My Telly Job to find out how job sharing can help women stay in the television industry. She will discuss why television needs more flexible working structures, how to find a job share partner and what makes a successful job share. Parents, and women particularly, are often the ones most acutely affected by the lack of flexible work in TV.  So flexible work initiatives such as job sharing can make a huge difference in helping women continue to develop their careers

Michelle James Reynolds, Director, Share My Telly Job joined Share My Telly Job following a 17 year career as a Producer and Director in Factual and Entertainment Television in the UK and the US.  In 2018 and 2019 she worked as the High-End TV Manager for ScreenSkills running CPD programmes including a successful Return to Work scheme in Post and VFX with Film London.

Michelle now works for Share My Telly Job full-time and is passionate about promoting job-sharing as a way of keeping talented, experienced and diverse freelancers in an industry they love.
