Mental health is the core of why modelme exists today. We are so inspired by the way women are stepping out in ways to support others with their mental health - it has never been more important to talk, to open your mouth about how you are really feeling, it’s never been more important to listen!
We wanted to share with you some women we are super encouraged by - who actively have a role in helping women with their mental health daily.
modelme Ambassador Evelina Eco will be interviewing Anna Campkin on how to help and support women with their mental health.
Speaker's Bio:
Anna Campkin has had an extensive career in performance, spanning musical theatre, voice artistry, television and presenting. She understands the demands on performers and it was this that prompted her to become a life coach and NLP practitioner. She has worked in the coaching industry within the mental health, business and performing sectors, most recently delivering workshops in confidence, dealing with anxiety, understanding and managing emotions to Drama schools online during the crisis. She is linked to NHS Recovery Centre creating and delivering workshops in anger management and understanding. Anna has also worked with multibillion dollar corporations in USA and Europe in growing confidence in sales and negotiations techniques. Anna's aim throughout her career has been to challenge herself and live life to its greatest potential, whilst also creating an empowering, supportive network along the way. She is a great advocate for the power of the law of attraction and wants to help everyone grow to their highest potential to enjoy their lives to the fullest. @annacampkin
