Working parents have been under extraordinary pressure during the pandemic. If this sounds like you, it’s time for you to be seen, heard and understood in our insightful event.

Join us for a meaningful and truthful conversation that will break open the reality of trying to hold down a career and care for your children during one of the most challenging years of our lifetimes. We’ll cut through the noise of ‘top tips’ and what we ‘should’ be doing, and instead provide you with a space where we’ll shine a light on the tough challenges and learning opportunities created by lockdown life.

You’ll be guided through this must-watch hour by Sharon Charlton-Thomson, Head of Executive Coaching for The Working Parent Company, and Louise Scodie, Senior PR and Communications Manager at NABS.

Sharon is co-founder of The Working Parent Company, an organisation that believes parents are remarkable, and was the UK’s first executive coach to specialise in working parents. A highly experienced executive coach and a psychotherapist, Sharon is also an ex-adlander and a mum to two adopted children.

Louise is a seasoned writer, broadcaster and communications expert as well as a mum to her three-year-old daughter and a stepmum to her nine-year-old stepdaughter.

Together, they’ll investigate the reality of working parents’ lives at this time. Sharon will share insights and observations that have made a positive difference to the families with whom she’s worked and she’ll reveal the critical learnings from the pandemic. that managers and organisations need to take forward into the ‘new normal’.
