About this event
Artist, DJ, director, and musician, Worldwide FM show host YV Shells has played for NTS, Balamii, Reprezent and Plus 1 Radio. Hailing from Walworth in South London, YV is known for his versatility and ability to mix within any genre from RnB to Drum & Bass to Afrobeat's, Garage to Trap and more.
A musician in his own right, YV is takes the same approach to music by mixing genres to always be creating something new. YV's stage presence and high energy are guarantees to get the crowd moving!
Notable guests on Yv’s shows include: Garage legend Sticky; BBK Member Frisco; Rapper & TV Personality Big Zuu and Teklife member DJ Taye. Yv’s live highlights include supporting GAIKA at Somerset House for Boiler Room, opening for Fatboy Slim at the Saatchi Gallery and opening the main stage of Strawberries and Cream festival.
