Tate is offering a unique and exciting apprenticeship opportunity within our Human Resources team to support our Diversity and Inclusion work. As the Access and Inclusion Administrator, you will complete a Business Administrator apprenticeship as part of your role, developing knowledge, skills and behaviours that are essential to business administration. You will develop an understanding of:
Administration policies, processes and procedures at Tate
Record and document production
Basic project management
Managing your own performance
Diversity & Inclusion initiatives
As a member of the Human Resources Team, the Access and Inclusion Administrator (Apprenticeship) works with multiple colleagues to deliver effective administrative, financial and staff support services to Tate’s Staff Diversity Networks, Diversity & Inclusion programmes and the Inclusion Bites series. As an apprentice you will spend 20% of your total time completing training as part of your Business Administrator apprenticeship.
To join us, you’ll need to be keen to learn, with an enthusiastic, ‘can-do’ attitude. As well as being a creative thinker, you’re organised, hard-working and able to adapt to different tasks. Crucially, you’ll be a team player with great communication skills. It’s essential that you can demonstrate that you will benefit from this opportunity - and explain how it will help you build a better future.
Tate aims to attract and retain talented people from all backgrounds, and these opportunities are for people to learn and develop new skills. We particularly encourage applications from black, ethnic minority, and disabled applicants as these groups are currently underrepresented in the cultural sector.
