To support Cocoon Mode De Vie by developing:
  • A range of brand partnerships with value-add offers to our members across the world, including New York, LA, London and Europe
  • We ensure that we only work with the world’s leading luxury hotels, restaurants and wellness brands who are recognised for their local contributions to protecting our planet, whether this is through Eco initiatives or corporate social responsibility. Cocoon partners with brands that are at the forefront of sustainability practice and take environmental responsibility.
  • Through these brand partnerships, it is key we mutually increase brand exposure for CMDV and the brand, break into new markets by thinking of creative initiatives, and add extra value to our member services.

Role:
  • Proactively approach new brands within the set brand criteria
  • Lead and build Cocoon Mode De Vie membership database. Manage and develop best in class and in-depth relationships with partners across our location hubs. To contribute and support creating and executing a partnership strategy to help establish key brand relationships
  • Negotiate the best value add offers for our members and send agreements
  • Lead and build out Cocoon Mode De Vie membership database
  • Identify possible cross audience sale opportunities
  • Monitor brand partnership performance and management of our members
  • Manage brand partner feedback and ensure improvement is applied where required
  • Manage and set up team familiarization trips with brand partners
  • To think creatively of new, unique and exciting collaborative initiatives for the brand and members.
Essential:
  • Well-connected and can introduce appropriate contacts to Cocoon Mode De Vie
  • Has an understanding and eye for key luxury and sustainable brands.
  • An organised thought process.
  • Extensive experience in building brand partnerships and members database.
  • Excellent planning and time management skills with ability to consistently meet exacting effective deadlines
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build business and member relationships
  • Tenacious with an eye for detail Ability to work autonomously and use initiative to resolve issues Resilient, independent, positive, personable, team player
  • Able to exhibit confidentiality, discretion and diplomacy when dealing with stakeholders of all levels.
  • Open-minded, willingness and drive to support a new business in it’s early phase. Ability to work under pressure Able to work flexibly to meet the needs of the business.

Office Location:
  • London currently with meetings as a team one day a week.
  • Paris office to launch in 2024
  • New York office to launch 2024
The role will be working remotely with a view of becoming a hybrid/remote on a inital 3 month basis The role requires an immediate or as soon as possible start.
