ROLE MISSION
The purpose-built U-Studios (powered by OLIVER) is entering an exciting new phase (U-Studio 2.0) focused on increased global capabilities, increased throughput, enhanced work quality, new service offerings, and greater efficiency and scale.
Homecare U-Studio is reinventing itself with key group tech and innovation partners to deliver some truly tech first and inspiring work. To help us achieve our goal, we are looking for a talented Account Director to join us in this exciting ambition.

ABOUT THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING
You’ll be joining a permanent on-site creative team who are super passionate about creating and producing the best products. The London team are working on some of the best-loved home care brands, including Persil, Comfort, and many more
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE
  • Ensuring that the client experience is as positive as possible. Encouraging a positive, proactive solution-first attitude with clear communication
  • Where clients experience a negative service or U-Studio does not come across in the best light, escalate this to the Group Account Director with an action plan for improvement.
  • Responsible for brand guardianship
  • Looks to constructively challenge the client and will proactively work with project teams to present any added-value solutions.
  • Negotiate to create win-win compromises with your client on behalf of your team members, where needed.
  • Identifies upcoming work and works Group Account Director to ensures these are accounted for in the studio forecast.
WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL
  • Excellent client engagement skills with the ability to proactively organise and influence clients and build strong and effective working relationships.
  • The ability to manage and filter workflow as well as organise and prioritise workloads to maximise productivity.
  • Knowledge of account management and invoicing.
  • Highly creative with the ability to generate ideas and practically contribute to studio output.
  • Proficient in Adobe CC, Microsoft Office, and other related software.
  • Understanding of how to integrate with a client-side team whilst maintaining a top tier agency service.
  • Lean in attitude to support where needed across the team.
