We are looking for an Account Director who loves building meaningful relationships with our clients to help us achieve our mission.
This person will develop profitable client accounts through high level, end to end project delivery that harnesses strong client trust and happy, productive teams; whilst ensuring our youth led vision is continually championed and young people are at the heart of our projects. Their commitment to nurturing new and existing client's understanding of our mission will help to build a better future for the next generation.
Some of their day day to day will include:
Driving excellence through championing high quality creative solutions
Being a partner to our clients to ensure we are thinking about their business and how they can make relevant social impact ongoing
Overseeing client KPI’s ensuring we are on target, on time and on brief
Crafting SOW, managing commercial progress of each project
Ensuring communication throughout the Livity team is seamless and aligned
Driving the Livity purpose, social impact, fame and award wins
Create the best possible conditions for project delivery success with 100% accountability for timely, profitable and innovative solutions
Lead by example with best practice across the business
Facilitate opportunities for clients to work with young people
Confidently work across a range of different projects, from creative, consultancy, digital products and talent programmes
