An independent global creative agency is looking for a talented Account Director to join their London studio. They are looking for someone that is bright, innovative, ambitious, collaborative, and approaches work with an inquisitive mind and positive attitude. Looking for someone with digital experience, as this is the foundation of the amazing work that they do.

The Account Director is a key role in this agency, at the very heart of delivering excellence in all their work across branding, experience design, storytelling, concepting and prototyping.

Ideally looking for someone who is into the world of gaming, as you’ll be working with a client in the gaming industry, and will be required to play the games that they develop, learn them thoroughly, and be prepared to answer questions and discuss the intricacies of the product with the client team – a passion and understanding of gaming is a must for this role!

Have you worked on content across various social platforms in a very hands on role?

Have you worked on devising strategies for social and full campaigns? Which platforms, and what was their role?

Bonus points if you’ve worked with gaming or entertainment brands lately!

Essential Requirements:
  • Have 6+ years of experience in an agency, strong digital background & knowledge of content production (digital, social, 2D & 3D video)
  • Can work on challenging projects with enthusiasm; excellent attention to detail
  • Approach work with a positive attitude, be kind and likeable, and have excellent communication skills, across internal teams and with clients
  • Excellent skills at managing and growing the relationship with the client, including internal processes to help get things done more efficiently, and to optimize team resources
  • Experience of mentoring and managing junior team members is a bonus.
  • Can demonstrate experience of delivering excellent projects on time and within the allocated budget
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, being able to help with any road-blocks for projects and their delivery
  • Manage project plans, budget, resources, delivery, proposals, financial profitability and forecasting
