You report to: Client Partner
Responsible for: 2x Account Managers
Looking for a brilliant Account Director to work in an integrated team set up on a global retail account.
As part of the publishing and content team, you will lead the Health&Beauty and Parenting club work across multiple channels.
Your Role at Ogilvy
We are looking for someone who can:
  • Oversee a large team and delivery of a high volume of work at pace
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients; working with them to understand their requirements and develop work that fits the brief
  • Collaborate with wider account management team on all acitivity and any integrated initiatives
  • Be an internal and external champion of our work, sharing updates and successes with stakeholders
  • Work in partnership with planning team, to apply innovative and insightful thinking to continually develop the work
  • Monitor the scope and deliverables to help manage the internal agency team and resources to make sure that the account is maintained profitably
Key responsibilities:
  • Day to day lead and co-ordination of all outputs across Boots Health&Beauty from briefing through to delivery and measurement
  • Working closely with the 1:1 Account Director to all outputs across Boots Parenting Club
  • Providing client with industry counsel, best practice and developing new ideas
  • Developing growth opportunities and maximising profits on the account
  • Working closely with the advertising sales team to optimise revenue opportunities
  • Managing work, performance and professional development of direct reports
  • Responsible for financial management of projects
  • Responsible for interfacing with an integrated team of Strategists, Creatives, and account handlers.
