Description

We are looking for an Account Executive to help facilitate strategic and creative development whilst ensuring the flawless execution of all projects.
You should be smart, have a real passion for delivering great creative work and excellent communication skills. You must be exceptionally buttoned down, collaborative and willing to go the extra mile to make great work.
Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the Account Handling team on all day-to-day responsibilities.
  • Handle assigned tasks / projects in timely / efficient manner.
  • Working closely with the LA office + Account Managers to ensure information flow across disciplines.
  • Work closely with production.
  • Sending estimates to client and tracking response.
  • Keeping track of budgets on projects.
  • Keeping clients updated on progress, working with an Account Manager to do this.
  • Research and compile analyses on competitive sets, categories, markets, audiences, etc and partner with planning to do this.
  • Partner with planning on latest and greatest content.
  • Maintain confidentiality practices.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience at a solid agency working on a brand that does a lot of advertising.
  • Proven background of a supporting role in account management, with good exposure to the TV/Print/OOH/Online production processes.
  • High detail orientation; able to handle complex instructions with care and follow-through.
  • Accuracy and timeliness in execution of assigned tasks.
  • A clear and concise communicator.
  • Collaborative relationships with other employees and clients.
  • Ability to schedule work and balance priorities for the efficient flow of work.
  • Ability to anticipate team needs and respond accordingly.
