We’re looking for a passionate sports fan with 1+ years of marketing agency experience who is ready to join an award winning sports marketing team housed within the world’s largest social media agency.
We are a team of sports obsessed social media specialists. We span creative, content, strategy, influence, research and insights, production, editorial and client services. But, we think in delivery - not in departments. We’re agile and can scale from the largest to the smallest briefs. And we’re housed in the world’s largest social media agency.
We work with some of the biggest brands and names in sport, delivering industry defining strategic and creative work for brands, sponsors and icons, across almost every sport imaginable.
The client services team - of which you would be joining - is a crucial part of the agency’s success. We are the glue that brings the worlds of strategy, creative, editorial, production and research & insights together. We understand our client’s business, we understand the industry and we are fanatical about the sports within which we operate - this is what sets us apart.
What does the role involve?
Status sheet management
Meeting notes and calendarisation
Client contact reports
Assisting in planning and executing campaigns
Ad-hoc shoot assistance and management
Managing ad-hoc retouch and content creation as required
Team resource management and booking
Financial support – including raising POs and basic budgeting
Day to day client management
What are we looking for?
A passion for sport, social media and youth culture
1-2 years agency experience
A proactive and can-do attitude
A ruthless eye for detail and be capable of delivering accurate work
Show a willingness to get involved in a range of tasks and go above and beyond to get the job done
A calm presence, particularly in busy periods
Experience working across social media output
Experience of managing the day to day running of social media channels for a brand
Experience working across social content production and social calendar planning (preferable but not essential)
Experience working across a lifestyle, sport or entertainment brand (preferable but not essential)
