Account Executive/Senior Account Executive
Red Havas is looking for a passionate, creative and media-savvy Account Executive/Senior Account Executive with incREDible ideas to join the team following a string of new business wins.
This is an ideally immediate start role, which requires face to face office time in our Kings Cross office, 3 days a week.
The successful candidate will work across all the agency’s accounts such as: Jaguar Land Rover, American Express, Moulson Coors, Manpower Group, Badoo, NHS , Therabody and The Department for Education.
You will be a self-starter and confident working in a fast-paced environment, love writing and be confident liaising with clients and the media from the outset. You’ll also be experienced and confident with influencer work and social media.

Media and Influencer Relations
Prepare and keep up to date accurate, relevant media distribution lists
Build media relationships across consumer lifestyle, mainstream and specialist outlets relevant to client base
Build relationships with influencers relevant to client base
Develop high quality media releases, pitches and materials, including research, writing, editing, collating and distributing through relevant social media channels
Pitch to media via email and phone, and follow up media enquiries in a timely and efficient manner
Monitor and report on client and industry media activity ensuring media coverage is provided in the best quality and as quickly as possible
Maintain, develop and track an active product loan pool for review or photography
Plan and carry out media research and advise team on relevant opportunities for clients in consultation with account managers
Participate in brainstorms to generate media strategies and story ideas
Monitor and report on client, industry and competitor social media activity
Develop content calendars with Account Managers
Develop, post, monitor and report on social media content as directed
Confident in identification of influencers using industry databases, liaising with agents and influencers and reporting on influencer metrics
Liaise and attend meetings with clients, media, prospective clients and internal teams (Red Havas and the broader HKX Village)
Produce meeting reports noting actions and ensuring appropriate interaction and follow up
Maintain and update client, media and supplier databases
Assist with the design and content of documents and proposals
Participate as an active and interested team member, providing support to colleagues and taking every opportunity presented to learn and develop the 'art of consulting' including approach, response, message and knowledge delivery
