We’re looking for a German speaking Account Executive that has an understanding of the German market and a passion for the outdoors. You’ll be proactive and organised - but mostly keen to get involved in all aspects of life at This Here and thrive in a fast-paced creative environment. With an interest in the outdoors, streetwear, music & culture and a desire to learn, you’ll work alongside your managers to seamlessly progress projects along, protecting the brand’s interests and the talent’s authenticity at all times.

As our new Account Executive (German Market) you will become our “go to” for key research and one of the most important cogs in our machine. We’re looking for somebody that wants to fully immerse themselves in German culture on and off the mountain. With your lead client being The North Face, it’s vital that you are interested in the outdoor world and are prepared to go deep into how this is developing in the German market specifically. As part of the growing client servicing team at This Here, you’ll keep our clients feeling loved, and play your part in giving them top service. You’ll also work closely with our Head of strategy, feeding in key research tasks on specific market related research briefs. Client handlers are brought up to keep many plates spinning, and there will be no difference here. Be prepared for a hard working but fun environment where no day will be the same.
You’ll work with high profile talent and celebrities, all the way through to micro-influencer activations and content production projects - working with our team to deliver excellent and successful 360° brand campaigns.
With the support of our Account & Talent Managers, we’ll expect you to become a smooth operator and proactively assist the team to ensure top client management. These responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Meeting admin - inc. diary management, meeting set up, agenda and notetaking.
Weekly project status reporting - internal & external
Basic budget management (managing agreed costings)
Support team on timeline creation and execution
Responsible for the showroom and its inventory management
Demonstrate a keen interest in our clients business and in turn understand how we can help them / become a brand guardian
We’re a small team in London Fields that operate on a global stage. We work on client projects that are delivered all over the world with a focus on Europe & USA. We’re looking to up-skill in Germany based on key client objectives and recruiting somebody with this understanding is vital.
Demonstrate an understanding of the German market and how it’s evolving and changing.
Carry out key research tasks into talent & culture in Germany.
Have a network of contacts in Germany or demonstrate a strong understanding of where to start building up your contact book.
Present talent & brand partnership ideas.
Liaise with TNF’s German PR Agency to ensure alignment on work.
We work with a multitude of talents at all scales and fame, predominantly within the music & lifestyle industry. These responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Keeping on top of culture & rising talent
Proactively presenting client-specific talent ideas to your team for future collaborations
Management of the IRM (our talent database) - ensuring this is always up to date
Basic contracting and agreements
Basic negotiating with lower tier partners
Basic relationship management
On-site relationship management / talent liaison
Creative, Production & Execution
Creative execution is a key part of our business. Whilst we’re not expecting you to design and make things as such, it’s important that you should feel confident learning the process, working with freelancers and suggesting new ideas. These responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Add value creatively to projects, sharing things you’ve seen or ways to develop projects, giving ideas
Organise creative sessions & brainstorms
Suggest new and exciting creative partners
Basic briefing of creatives & freelancers
Engaging and supporting suppliers
Assisting the team at events, shoots, castings and activations
