Description

Welcome to MOO - our purpose is simple: great design for everyone. Want to join us? We're award-winning, design-led, technology-driven and powered by some pretty awesome people. You might be one of them.
Our B2B division, MOO Business Services, is the fastest growing customer segment at MOO. As we continue to scale, we're now looking for an Account Manager to help support & manage a portfolio of existing B2B customer in the UK & Europe.
You'll be in charge of a large portfolio of existing MOO Business (B2B) customers (approximately 500-700) and your mission is to maximise revenue from this portfolio. You'll do this by building customer loyalty & satisfaction, increasing retention and working on expanding their product mix (cross-selling additional MOO products). You'll also be tasked with providing exceptional customer service and support to your book of accounts
You've recently graduated and you're looking to build a successful career in sales. With limited experience, you need to get your foot in the door and you're looking for a company that matches your ambition and that will provide the support you need to help you fasttrack your career.
Finding an environment where you will receive the right level of training and where coaching is in abundance is important to you.
You work smartly and multi-tasking and prioritisation come easy to you. You're very empathetic, self-aware and curious by nature. You're the kind of person who naturally puts others at ease when asking them questions. You don't stop at the answers you're given and wonder what's behind them.
With a creative background, you're looking for a cool and multinational team environment, without all the suits and corporate red tape, and where you can truly be yourself.
Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage, support and inspire a portfolio of existing B2B customers predominantly over the phone and via email (there may be occasional local F2F meetings)
  • Frequently call your customers (monthly to quarterly) to discuss upcoming projects and to incentivise them to place additional orders
  • Meet your revenue and paid annual subscriptions targets as well as your call KPIs on a monthly basis
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Build rapport and strengthen your contacts' engagement with MOO
  • Inspire and cross-sell additional MOO products beyond premium business cards, such as branded notebooks, postcards, promotional products and stickers
  • Conduct account reviews on a regular basis to make sure you're always up-to-date with your customers' printing needs
About you
  • You have impressive communication skills, build rapport naturally and are highly empathetic
  • You're resilient, adaptable to change and you have a competitive spirit.
  • You're eager to learn and you can demonstrate an openness to constructive feedback
  • You're passionate about customer experience and doing what's right for the customer
  • You're a natural listener and you know the difference between listening and active listening
  • You can demonstrate an ability to convince others
  • You're creative and passionate about great design? You'll fit in well here. MOO's purpose is to deliver great design to everyone

Nice to haves
  • You're well travelled and you thrive when working in an international environment
  • You are fluent in any of the following languages: German, French, Spanish or Italian

MOO WHO?
We set out to shake up the world of print back in 2006. And we've come a long way since. Today we're a 500-strong team (we're thinking of getting matching jackets) who create print and digital products for companies of all sizes - from Google and AirBnB to the guy who makes those amazing prints you found at a craft fair.
Our global HQ is in London, UK, while we also have premises in Dagenham. In the US, you'll find us in Boston, MA, as well as Providence and Lincoln, RI and Denver, CO. And we're still growing! That's where you come in.
What's it like to work at MOO?
MOO's the kind of workplace where you can really be yourself. Dye your hair purple. Hit the sofa with your laptop. Whatever helps you feel comfortable and happy at work. We want to help you grow in your career and set you up for success - while also recognising the importance of a healthy work/life balance.
That's why we offer 25 days holiday rising by one day for each year here (for 5 years), a matched pension scheme, MOO's share option scheme, and paid parental leave. We'll offer you private healthcare, life insurance, a season ticket loan, subsidised gym membership and a cycle to work scheme. Finally, we'll treat you to breakfast and fresh fruit every day, lunch on Fridays and all the ice cream you can eat (just watch for the brain freeze).
Diversity statement
We are working hard to create a representative, inclusive and super-friendly team, because we know that different experiences, perspectives and backgrounds make for a better workplace. And that creates a better experience for our customers. MOO doesn't discriminate on the basis of race, colour, religion or belief, gender, national origin, age, sexual orientation, marital status, disability or any other protected class.
