Our B2B division, MOO Business Services, is the fastest growing customer segment at MOO. As we continue to scale, we're now looking for an Account Manager to help support & manage a portfolio of existing B2B customer in the UK & Europe.
You'll be in charge of a large portfolio of existing MOO Business (B2B) customers (approximately 500-700) and your mission is to maximise revenue from this portfolio. You'll do this by building customer loyalty & satisfaction, increasing retention and working on expanding their product mix (cross-selling additional MOO products). You'll also be tasked with providing exceptional customer service and support to your book of accounts

  • Proactively manage, support and inspire a portfolio of existing B2B customers predominantly over the phone and via email (there may be occasional local F2F meetings)
  • Frequently call your customers (monthly to quarterly) to discuss upcoming projects and to incentivise them to place additional orders
  • Meet your revenue and paid annual subscriptions targets as well as your call KPIs on a monthly basis
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Build rapport and strengthen your contacts' engagement with MOO
  • Inspire and cross-sell additional MOO products beyond premium business cards, such as branded notebooks, postcards, promotional products and stickers
  • Conduct account reviews on a regular basis to make sure you're always up-to-date with your customers' printing needs
