Key Account Manager responsibilities are:
Developing relationships with a portfolio of major clients
Understanding customer needs
Providing regular reports of progress on account/s
Enlarging the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their needs
Making sure that the correct products/services are sent to customers in a timely manner
Serving as the communication hub between customers and internal team members
Key Account Manager requirements are:
Experience as an Account Manager or similar
Experience in sales is a plus
Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
Able to negotiate well
Highly organised and proven ability to prioritise workload
