We’re looking for a bright and enthusiastic Account Manager that has a positive, “can-do attitude”. We’re a young creative agency that is scaling alongside our brilliant clients and you have an opportunity to grow with us, whilst working on some really exciting brand campaigns and projects. You’ll work across many different disciplines including creative & strategy, activation, digital and communities (influencer & Talent) - organised and a natural with clients; you’ll not be afraid to throw yourself into the project nitty-gritty whilst adding a couple of new strings to your bow.
As our Account Manager you’ll be the day-to-day project contact across various clients and workstreams, but initially this role will be weighted towards the Dickies account working on a 360° campaign to celebrate their 100th birthday. Leading projects and supporting our junior team members, we’re looking for somebody who can build and maintain strong relationships with our clients whilst developing a culture of transparency and trust.
Through the support of senior management, you’ll take on briefs across our lifestyle focused projects across The North Face and other new business wins that are skewed towards culture - owning areas or full projects and budgets depending on value. We’re looking for a steady pair of hands to navigate projects from concept to delivery, somebody who’ll take an active role in meetings - and these days, zoom calls!
You’ll work with high profile talent and celebrities, all the way through to micro-influencer activations and content production projects - working with our team to deliver excellent and successful 360° brand campaigns.
With the support of our Account Executive, Account Director & Head of Client Services, we’ll expect you to be a first class account handler and proactively ensure projects are tracking smoothly. You should ensure clients are across the project management milestones and that they are happy with the progress. These responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Meeting admin - scheduling, assigning roles & responsibilities, preparing documents and presentations
Weekly project status reporting - internal & external
Work with senior management to pull together full budgets, with input from creative & production team members where relevant
Management of budget, tracking progress with the ability to provide an update to the team or client at any point
Set key timelines and create project management tools
Manage Account Executive and all tasks associated with their role (e.g. oversee product inventory & showroom management)
Demonstrate a keen interest in our clients business and in turn understand how we can help them / become a brand guardian
As an Account Manager at This Here, you may be responsible for the management of other team members, keeping them motivated, enthusiastic and working well together.
Provide management for Account Executive, listening, understanding and allocating time for support and a weekly one-to-one meeting
Help junior team members to meet objectives by providing opportunity for growth and learning whilst ensuring client needs are met
We work with a multitude of talents at all scales and fame, predominantly within the music & lifestyle industry. These responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Keeping on top of culture & rising talent
Have an awareness of your clients business and make conversation about relevant talent / coverage seen in meetings
Manage Account Executive on talent research and step in where is required
Proactively presenting client-specific talent ideas to your team for future collaborations
Feed into the IRM (our talent database) - ensuring that the Account Executive is keeping this up to date
Contracting and agreements
Negotiating talent fees
Relationship management - seek and nurture talent relationships with partners, influencers, talent and their teams
On-site relationship management / talent liaison
Creative, Production & Execution
Creative execution is a key part of our business. Whilst we’re not expecting you to design and make things as such, it’s important that you should feel confident leading the process, working with freelancers and suggesting new ideas. These responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Add value creatively to projects, sharing things you’ve seen or ways to develop projects, giving ideas
Organise creative sessions & brainstorms
Suggest new and exciting creative partners
Briefing of creatives & freelancers (written and verbal)
Manage the creative process from brief to print-ready artwork / final content
Provide a supportive role in the coordination of diaries and the planning and booking of resource - flagging to senior management if resource is required ahead of time
Manage the client feedback process ensuring timelines are met and the amends process is managed
Be a key point of contact for suppliers
Point of contact for the client & talent onsite at events, shoots, castings and activations
