This is a significant opportunity for the right person. You will be responsible for sourcing new business from a vast customer base alongside defending and growing existing accounts

Our Team
Our team represents Bauer Media Audio UK with radio stations such as Greatest Hits Radio, Hits Radio, Magic, Absolute, KISS and many others. You will be part of our highly successful and driven local team. We pride ourselves in putting teamwork at the forefront of our minds and you will be an important and integral part of that.
This role will be a mix of field, office (from our office in London) and home working.
What you'll be doing
Working with advertising agencies and their clients across all types of industries within London, every day will be different!
Executing Bauer’s commercial strategy
Growing group revenues across your specific territory and the wider Bauer portfolio
Managing advertising inventory and price
Developing key internal and external customer relationships
Achieving personal and team revenue targets
What You'll Bring
Desirably, Advertising Agency experience within a media sales environment.
A proven ability to hunt down new business alongside retaining and developing clients.
Great listening and communication skills.
Ability to create and present visually and verbally engaging reports and presentations.
A successful track record in achieving and over delivering revenue targets.
Self-motivated, creative with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Ability to build and maintain long lasting relationships.
Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
