IMG Events are searching for an enthusiastic, hardworking, individual to join the Arts and Entertainment team to manage a portfolio of key Sponsors and delivery of their activations at a broad range of live events.
Reporting into the Senior Director, the Account Manager will be responsible for ensuring key sponsorship objectives are not only met, but over delivered, and client relationships are maintained to a high standard.

Manage the day to day relationships with Brand Partners and be main point of contact across the length of their sponsorship agreements. Act as conduit between the Brand Partner and the internal event management, operations and marketing teams.
Through sponsorship analysis, gain a complete understanding of the Brand and the objectives for their sponsorship activity. Ensure the sponsorship objectives are met and all elements of the sponsorship agreement are executed to a high standard.
Set up and attend regular client meetings and maintain regular contact, communicating key marketing and event updates.
Build trust and grow relationships with Brand Partners to ensure long term partnerships. Assist in rebooking all sponsorships with the aim of securing multiyear deals.
Look for ways to deliver added value to both the Brand Partner and the individual events through the partnership.
Ensure the Brand’s marketing message and objectives are reflected accurately through the events marketing and PR campaign in conjunction with events marketing team. Co-ordinate initial marketing and PR meetings with the Brand Partner and relevant internal teams and provide regular marketing and PR updates.
Oversee (with event management and operations team) the design, build and content creation of Brand Partner features or stages at the events.
Ensure the Brand Partner is accurately represented and all sign off is in accordance with the sponsorship agreement.
Manage the activation budgets for the sponsorship agreement, including cost of sale accountability. Be responsible for revenue generation through up selling elements of the agreement.
Manage onsite staff relevant to the Brand Partner features/activity and their needs and oversee the smooth running of Brand activations on site.
Prepare and present event debrief decks for Brand Partners post-event.
Any other duties within the scope of the role.
Required Knowledge & Experience
Experience in an Account Management role or Client Relationship role.
Knowledge and understanding of the Live Event industry, with experience of working on site at large scale B2C events.
This is a permanent position based in Chiswick Park, London
Working hours are 9:30 – 17:30, Monday to Friday
Occasional travel/weekend work may be required
