A Hybrid working model
Now offices are fully open we have embraced a hybrid working model, which allows our employees to split their time between the office and other locations, something we hope will provide everyone much more flexibility to their working week. The expectation is that working life at Hogarth will involve working from the office for about 60% of the time for most people. What does the European Film Versioning Account Manager on the Ford of Europe Account do at Hogarth?
This role is to manage (together with other team colleagues, of course) the film versioning requirements for the European markets on the Ford of Europe account.
There is a lot of project and process management (with e.g. the Hogarth Film Versioning Offshore Hub in Bucharest, the Hogarth Audio Team in London, the Hogarth team in Chennai etc.) as well as market liaison – to understand what the markets require (what assets, what media specs, what timings etc.) There are often tight turn-around deadlines and late change requests – which ensure that this role “never gets boring”. But you are part of a nice team – and we all support each other.
The role requires lots of attention to detail and an ability to work diligently – even under deadline pressure. There is vast volume of communication assets – so it’s absolutely crucial to be “detail-obsessed” (in a positive way). Plus, your support in terms of reporting will be needed, too. While clearly not necessary, this role might be particular of interest for someone who knows different languages. The language at work is English, but working with over 40 European markets it won’t be a disadvantage to know other languages. We are looking for someone who is well-organised and ideally with relevant previous job experience
We are using JIRA and BrandShare as our key workflow tools.
Prior knowledge of advertising and/or film post-production would be beneficial, but not necessarily required.
Reporting lines and key stakeholders
This role reports to the Film Versioning Account Director in the Market Coordination Team.
You will work closely with the other 9 colleagues in the Market Coordination Team.
Your key stakeholders are the agency colleagues in our Offshore Hubs (especially the Hogarth film versioning hub in Bucharest and the Hogarth Audio Team in London), the local market agency colleagues and your Agency colleagues in the central agency team.
