Minimum qualifications:

  • Experience in an administrative role working in a technology or international environment.
  • Ability to speak and write in English fluently and idiomatically.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in an administrative role for senior management, involving calendar management, event planning, leading projects, travel scheduling and booking, budgeting, and minuting meetings.
  • Excellent communication, project, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to adhere to an expectation of complete confidentiality on all business matters.
  • Ability to build and maintain constructive working and communications relationships with a diverse community.

Responsibilities

  • Be the pulse of the team and a trusted advisor to the Leadership team.
