Monocle is seeking an advertising operations executive to work as part of its dynamic and fast-paced global advertising team. The successful candidate will assist with the day-to-day operations of the department, including bookings, advertising production and bespoke projects.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in the creative or media agency sector, advertising or publishing. This role will provide an excellent foundation in sales, advertising and magazine production, as well as creative solutions and project management.
Liaising with clients to ensure that creative material is collected to deadline across print, digital and audio. – Ensuring that all bookings are diligently filed and reported correctly. Working closely with the advertising team to ensure that the booking system is up to date at all times.
Working with the global advertising team to provide them with necessary sales material and information.
Ownership of client CRM system: keeping data up to date and co-ordinating send-outs to clients and new business acquisition prospects.
An undergraduate degree.
Understanding of and interest in the luxury sector.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey messages in a clear and direct manner.
Strong eye for detail and keen problem-solving skills.
Exceptional organisation skills. High proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
The ability to transition between different projects with ease and maintain a high standard of work.
It would be an advantage to have lived, worked or studied abroad.
