We are looking for an Affiliate Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team. This role will report into the Performance Marketing Manager and is offered on a local full-time permanent contract.

What you will do

  • Responsible for reporting across the Affiliate channel using both Google Analytics and network data, citing recommendations to fully optimise budget and adherence to targets.
  • Management and optimisation of the global affiliate network working in close collaboration with Performance Marketing Manager and our global agency.
  • Maintain and harness top partner relationships across the affiliate mix.
  • Manage the acquisition, retention and activation process of new affiliates in line with business objectives.
  • Educate the business on relevance of affiliate marketing.
  • Good legal and IT processes understanding for affiliate contract sign offs and implementation.
  • Monitoring and analysing results of all campaigns against core KPI’s.
  • Working with agency to negotiate rates, CPA increases and media packages.
  • Working closely with the content team on brand messaging.
  • Lead and drive the influencer marketing strategy including setting the KPIs and follow up, working with close collaboration with wider Marketing and PR teams.

We are looking for

  • Extensive hands on experience within Affiliate Marketing.
  • Solid working knowledge of Google Analytics and Network reporting.
  • Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and build relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Passionate about quantitative analysis and ability to solve problems based on available information and business objectives.
  • Ability to influence and engage peers and stakeholders.
  • Previous project management experience.
  • Outstanding organisational skills with great attention to detail.
