The Affiliates/Partnerships Team manages affiliate networks and strategic partnerships across all territories and it’s responsible for the profitable spend and evaluation of a multi-million pound budget. The team is a vital part of the ASOS Digital Marketing Team, a global Centre of Excellence of international, expert and data driven professionals.
The Affiliates and Partnerships Executive will work on affiliate marketing & direct partnerships in some of our most important markets for ASOS in Europe: France, Spain and Italy. The role will be to execute activities in the region to maintain and expand a large network of affiliates active on third party networks & to actively contribute in the direct management of a large portfolio of strategic partners.
The role is primarily focused on the markets specified, with understanding of the affiliate industry in the locales. The individual needs to be the expert of local markets within the Affiliates & Partnership team and the wider organisation.
What you'll be doing...
Brief, support and monitor activity on Affiliate Networks across the specified markets, including campaign planning, creative delivery process, promotional campaigns & all analysis / backend processes necessary to maintain & optimise all the activities
Direct account management & support in managing partners of various types (including Shopping Portals, Price Comparisons, Loyalty & Rewards programs, Blogger networks, Incentive partners & Closed Groups) with the goal of establishing long-lasting relationships & building a strong and effective network of directly managed partnerships
Cooperate and work jointly with local teams and other business unites to ensure that local activities are fully executed and aligned with central objectives
Constantly monitor performance & run regular analysis to evaluate results in region(s) of responsibility with a view to presenting the outcome to relevant stakeholders
Develop test & learn strategies in order to optimise affiliate activity
Be an internal advocate of emerging trends, technologies and opportunities in the affiliates/partnerships in the specified markets

Clear understanding of KPIs and targets
Hitting these targets for profitable revenue for affiliates and partnerships in the specified markets
Well executed plan to evolve affiliate networks & direct partnerships in terms of their results and engagements
Establish solid, effective and productive relationships with all partners & all third party counterparts
Full collaboration with rest of the team & other internal departments to execute cross-market activities and to achieve common goals
We'd like to meet...
Preious experience in affiliates and partner marketing, preferably in affiliate networks or in global ecommerce organizations
Knowledge of the French, Spanish and/or Italian affiliate & partner marketing landscapes is a strong plus
Experience in operating in an international and multicultural environment
Keen interest in & understanding of the wider digital marketing landscape is desirable
Education to Bachelors degree level preferred, good A level qualifications a minimum
Fluency in English is required
Fluency in French, Spanish and/or Italian is preferable
A data driven approach with excellent analytical skills, strong Excel user
Proactive approach to delivering results
Multi-tasker and able to hit the ground running
Able to build strong collaborative internal & external relationships, excellent communication skills
Strongly commercial mind-set
