We’re looking for a permanent Apprenticeships Programme Manager to join our Bauer Academy team at our offices in either Peterborough, London or Manchester.
As the Apprenticeship Programme Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the management and coordination of the BBC apprenticeship contract, covering programmes such as Production Assistant, Junior Production Coordinator, Content Creator, and Senior Journalist. You will serve as the primary point of contact for BBC Scheme Specialists regarding correspondence and programme management.

This is a Hybrid role that supports a balance of working from home and our office in your main Bauer Media location of either Peterborough, London or Manchester.
Ensure all programmes are appropriately resourced, working closely with the Head of Apprenticeship Delivery.
Liaise regularly with BBC Scheme Specialists to manage programme logistics.
Develop and oversee delivery schedules.
Oversee equipment logistics and costs, negotiating and sourcing the hire of all equipment.
Collaborate with the Learning Support team to ensure robust and high-quality provision for learners.
Effective administrative control and responsibility for programme progress trackers.
Ensure that learner attendance and engagement is monitored and recorded.
Responsibility for creating quarterly BBC progress reports.
Track and report on EPA completion and Functional Skills results.
Previous experience of Apprenticeship processes.
Knowledge of Ofsted and ESFA funding regulations.
Experience in Risk Assessments, H&S and PEEPs.
Excellent time and project management skills.
Experience managing a matrix of programmes and learners.
