Bid work with the Head of the Art Department
Produce and manage budget and schedules, making sure that projects complete to the highest standard achievable.
Liaise with clients throughout the project and ensure the progression of work is to the clients' satisfaction.
Plan the day to day work of the production team and artists.
Oversee and ensure the good organisation of dailies, meetings and the follow up tasks.
Actively pitch and bid for new business.
Provide verbal and written progress reports to the Executive Producer on a weekly basis.
Conduct annual appraisals for the Art Department team.
Liaise with the recruitment team to find new talent, including attending recruitment fairs and industry workshops.
Highly organised, first-class time management skills
Excellent communication skills
Good understanding of Cinesync, FTP, Aspera and other common online delivery and review tools
Good understanding of common digital image file formats and resolutions
Proven ability to prioritise conflicting tasks
Previous experience working in a visual field
Previous experience managing Teams
Ability to remain calm and confident in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work within a creative team towards a common goal
Good knowledge of MS Office packages (incl Excel, Word and Project)
Familiarity with and enthusiasm for digital imagery, cinema, and visual effects
Flexible with your availability for client calls
