We’re currently seeking new Creative and Content Specialists for our rapidly-developing Marketing Operations team (MOPS) team in EMEA.
Help our cohort of brands maximise their online potential by leading the presentation and fidelity of customer-facing online experiences, and help our brands quickly iterate and test marketing strategies, implement pricing promotions, launch new product pages and more. We have a robust, though evolving, design system which will form the backbone of design execution, and you will use your understanding of this in order to help brands achieve their marketing goals.
Location: London; Soho with flexible home/office working
The role requires you to be part visual designer, part CMS master, with a hint of UX and a dash of analytical thinking. Creating international pages, managing product catalogues and implementing marketing initiatives for brands operating in different regions (123 Reg, Heart Internet, Host Europe, Domain Factory, TSO Host, GoDaddy UK and more).

Your experience should include….
Fluent in German (Written and Oral)
2 years plus, in an agency or in house working with a creative team
Strong art direction portfolio with a high level of visual design with examples of WordPress websites or pages
Strong capability across Adobe Creative Suite, primarily Illustrator & Photoshop
Experience in Google Analytics
The right candidate will be able to demonstrate great attention to detail and have the ability to build and adapt visual assets in order to serve multiple media devices (e.g. mobile vs. desktop).
You will enjoy working on evolving products from MVP upwards, being happy to revisit work as projects evolve, responding to feedback from our brands, technical considerations and suchlike.
You are proactive and enthusiastic , able to deliver intuitive, engaging and appealing designs across responsive breakpoints. Demonstrate a solid understanding of UX best practices. You’re confident to articulate decisions and be proud of your work, whilst understanding the context of wider team goals.
Our CMS uses WordPress as a UI, so this experience will be very beneficial
Experience in eCommerce
Experience with digital marketing and methodologies
Account and/or project management experience
Though this role will not require you to know how to code, a basic understanding of HTML and CSS would be useful to allow you to test your crafted content. Similarly, you would ideally have some basic knowledge of hosting and domains.
