You will support all replenishment planning activities globally within Burberry’s global planning organisation. You will embody the Burberry values and contribute to a culture of innovation and collaboration.
You will be responsible for:
Assessing the Global Replenishment forecasts for their Division/Areas, and creating a culture of accountability for forecast accuracy
Maintaining the Global board line cards for Replenishment items and ensuring adherence to the Replenishment monthly critical path
Collaborating with a designated Region to identify and maximize opportunities in Replenishment products
Determining long range forecasting to support some key vendor strategies
Assist in the Global Single Pool of Inventory, including forecasting future procurement by size and weekly Single Pool Stock allocations to regional contracts
Accountable for communication to the Regions on weekly allocation and stock drops
Partner with Region to define optimal A&R parameters, driving global alignment, championing a unique relationship with an assigned Region whilst covering their product areas for all.
Alongside Planner, responsible for assessing the Global Replenishment line cards and ensuring adherence to global Weeks of Cover targets for both store and hub
Maintain parameters within Global Line Card across all Replenishment and Carry Forward options, including addition and removals, seasonal set-up, link line management.
Review Replenishment sized procurement, drive SPI allocation to Regions
Build and maintain any necessary line card functionality to ensure optimum process and changes in business process.
Review trading and buy summaries across the line card which flag anomalies versus centrally defined Hub WOC, Mins and Maxes
Demonstrated experience in a global planning role in a commercial and luxury environment at an Assistant / Allocator level
Demonstrated experience across replenishment buy process
Customer-oriented approach to problem solving
Well-developed communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships with cross-functional teams
Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
