Reporting into Producer / Senior Producer, the Assistant Producer will be responsible for producing content for IMG’s UEFA programming across the Europa League magazine programme.

To assist the Producer in all editorial aspects of the programme as required.
To conduct research for the programme, fact check, source contributors, find locations etc.
To direct multi-camera camera shoots and conduct interviews with contributors when necessary.
To log and review rushes and select suitable material for editing.
To supervise post-production as necessary in conjunction with the producers.
To supervise and help train more junior members of the team e.g. Researchers and Junior Assistant producers.
Responsible for adherence to compliance guidelines for broadcaster/client as appropriate.
Responsible for preparation and co-ordination of shoot risk assessments as appropriate.
You may also be required to carry out any other duties that are within the scope and purpose of the job.
Previous experience as an Assistant Producer in television production.
Experience of logging rushes and selecting material for edits.
Experience of supervising edits for promos or short features.
Experience of writing strong scripts for short features and promos.
Experience of directing multi-camera shoots, sourcing and interviewing contributors.
Outstanding knowledge and a passionate interest in European football.
Experience on a wide range of sports programming, including Live OB’s, quick turnaround highlights, documentaries, magazine shows desirable
Experience working and filming around football matches desirable
Experience of dealing with talent (e.g. presenters, commentators, sports starts.) desirable
This is a fixed-term contract ( until June 2020) position and will be based in Stockley Park, Uxbridge
Working hours are 40 hours per week
You will be required to travel internationally to shoots.
You will be required to work unsociable hours and some weekends.

IMG’s UEFA department is currently looking for an Assistant Producer to work on their UEFA Champions League output. Now in its 7th year of production at IMG, the UEFA Champions League Magazine Programme delivers Broadcasters all over the world a run of 32 x 24’ episodes per season, wrapped up with an hour-long review show after the final. With an average of 6 shoots per week filmed all over Europe, the show consists of player profile interviews, behind-the-scenes look at the biggest clubs in the world, reflective historical features and stylised match reviews during each stage of the competition.
