An exciting new role has become available to provide executive and administrative support to the Director of a well-established and expanding medical communications agency. TVF Communications, part of the TVF Media Group, is known throughout the industry for its creativity, innovation and pioneering digital solutions, and this is a rare chance for an exceptional graduate to gain invaluable insight into the industry from the heart of one of its foremost independent agencies.
The Director is also involved in other areas of the TVF Group, including Open Creative Communications and the Institute of Art and Ideas, so this opportunity would suit both candidates with a general interest in media and communications and candidates with a specific interest in medical communications. There is much scope for career progression within the company, and you will have the opportunity to actively influence the direction in which your role develops.
You will work closely alongside the Director, helping to manage her busy diary, coordinate meetings and prepare documents, assist with internal systems upkeep, and provide support on a range of interesting projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven, switched-on, and energetic person to develop their administrative skills from within a fast-paced yet supportive office environment.
The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience as well as a strong educational background (minimum 2.1 from a top university). As you will play a key role in the coordination of the Directors office, excellent written and verbal communications skills and the ability to work with a range of internal and external contacts is essential. Ability to use the MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, to a high standard is also an advantage.
