Our Associate Creative Directors are interactive designers and conceptual leaders. ROLE REQUIREMENTS
  • Contribute to the strategic development of a well-defined creative brief and any additional briefing documents, speaking with clients directly where necessary.
  • Provide creative direction with the ability to align team ambitions with client strategic objectives and overall success.
  • Lead by example: consistently inspire creative colleagues to produce world-class pioneering work.
  • Develop practices and processes to inspire and innovate, and harness new ways of thinking.
  • Display a cohesive understanding and execute principles that generate innovative, effective digital communications, interface design and interaction design.
  • Consistently deliver outstanding creativity that is effective and innovative.
  • Learn new skills and stay abreast of technical and digital design developments; successfully apply these to work practices to improve processes and procedures.
  • Lead new business pitches; be responsible for creative work and present competently during pitches.
QUALITIES AND CHARACTERISTICS 
  • Multi-disciplinary talent: exceptional ability as conceptual lead, able to turn a hand to a broad application of creativity.
  • Expert knowledge of user interface, application, mobile and responsive design, using the latest prototyping and design tools.
  • Good knowledge of wider creative practices: user expediting, editing, print, visual effects, photography and shoots.
  • World-class presenter: able to clearly and persuasively articulate ideas and their business effect (written and in person).
  • Thought leadership: contributes to the strategic and conceptual development of a project.
  • Experience of involvement in community: e.g. university visits, mentorships, speaking at conferences, participation on juries.
  • Able to manage complex, multi-platform experiences from beginning to end.
  • Understands digital media and the marketing industry at large; able and willing to adapt to the changing technology landscape.
  • Exceptional, award-winning portfolio of work that demonstrates requirements of role.
