Based in: The Tea Building, Shoreditch – Tuesday to Thursday / WFH Monday & Friday
SEEN Connects is the innovative influencer marketing agency. We are passionate about the power of personality and celebrate creative freedom by partnering celebrity influencers with the relevant brand, producing authentic and bespoke content that inspires consumers and drives impact.
We work with brands such as Nike, eBay, Panasonic and Skittles, and have created content with the likes of Jack Whitehall, Lewis Capaldi and Professor Green, to name a few.
A newly created role that will lead our rapidly growing agency and Production team. You will be joining Connects at a time of growth and transformation.
We are looking for a creative leader to be a source of inspiration for the team, agency and clients, to bring in and lead the team on new concepts with the ability to bring ideas to life. Passionate about social currency, the influencer and celebrity landscape with experience in creating content that works on owned and brand channels.
Solid agency background with social first experience and 3rd party channel knowledge is essential as well as an understanding of the broader media space and advertising.
Passionate about the social currency and relevance of the influencer and celebrity landscape. Taking ultimate responsibility for the final creative output.
Experience in creating multi-end use and platform, fit for purpose influencer and celebrity content and campaigns
Knowledge of best practice in video and photography formats suitable for multiple end use and media
Ability to lead a (small) but growing team with a hands-on and can-do attitude
Experience managing end-to-end production output, team and pipelines
Strong background in creative, art direction, commissioning, photography and video creation
A confident communicator with experience in pitching and selling in creative ideas both internally and externally
Confident and able to lead brainstorms and filter and build through to complete campaign ideas
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and a changing environment
Experience in creating multi-end use brand and influencer content and understanding what works on each platform/media
Content generation, development and production experience, with highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
Meticulous eye for detail who won’t settle for anything less than the best
Strong track record of managing and inspiring a growing team
