As an Associate Creative Director based in our London office, you will work on a wide range of global commercial campaigns and special projects across the entire Condé Nast portfolio. Taking a 360 approach (photography, video, experiential, digital, print, social), you will develop ideas and set the visual approach for partnerships that bring brands closer to culture.
Reporting directly to the Executive Creative Director you will work as part of a creative team and cross-functionally inspire colleagues to take creative risks. The ideal candidate will be a multidimensional and conceptual creative who can bring flair and cultural knowledge to a wide variety of categories: fashion, beauty, technology, luxury, automotive and travel. You’re an
expert in visual storytelling, and will apply a distinct point of view to bold work for our partners.
You will need to bring a strong base of cultural and creative references and a collaborative attitude to every project. The role is responsible for the conceptual and visual development of pitches and oversight of creative executions in production. The ideal candidate will be able to maintain a smooth and efficient process across all projects while upholding Condé Nast’s brand voices, creative standards and codes throughout.
The London-based CNCC Global team consists of a collaborative group of creative directors, journalists, art directors and filmmakers who are dedicated to cultivating and bringing to life big ideas.
Responsible for working with the creative team from pitch through production, delivering powerful multi-channel campaigns.
Collaborate with the creative team to create visually compelling materials for presentations (conceptual overviews, mood boards, talent references, digital mock-ups, etc).
Pitch creative concepts directly to clients, and develop ideas that fit within the provided budgets and strategic objectives.
Ensure Condé Nast Commercial Creative ideas authentically balance the voices of our editorial brands with that of our partners.
Serve as a creative lead on set and ensure productions deliver to Condé Nast and client standards/expectations.
Nurture relationships with global cross-functional teams, and bring an inspiring commercial perspective when collaborating with editorial teams.
Contribute to a team culture of risk-taking and thinking outside the box.

A portfolio demonstrating a visually ambitious body of work that has a strong sense of storytelling.
Strong industry experience.
Strong written and verbal presentation skills.
Excellent ability with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & InDesign) and Google Slides.
Extensive experience on set and with pre- and post-production processes for video and still photography (digital and print); adept at commissioning teams and working with external production companies.
Passion/experience in cultural categories relevant to Condé Nast audiences: fashion, entertainment, beauty, travel, technology and beyond.
Highly organised, and skilled with time-management and workload prioritisation.
Knowledge of new media and technology, A.I. and web3 is a plus.
Passionate about fresh ideas, stories, design and experiential, and have a strong cultural point of view that translates to brand campaigns.
