The Strategy Domain is a 60+ strong multi-disciplinary, multi-talented, multi-cultural group aligned to business consulting, data & analytics, design strategy and brand experience strategy. The Role of Manager, Strategy (Brand Experience)…
You’ll own key initiatives that build towards new approaches in brand strategy and planning. Approaches that leverage the opportunity to bring together and develop the brand experience architecture, data and consumer analytics and connection planning across the consumer ecosystem.
Crucially, you won’t be satisfied with ideas that sit in PowerPoint. You want to be in an environment capable of delivering on your strategic vision - at scale and at pace.
A key player working with multi-disciplinary teams to unlock the brand through a connected, omni-channel experience. This includes:
Building and validating the problem / opportunity space around the business, brand, industry vertical, and consumer insights
Developing the brand experience architecture to be capable of unlocking value across different consumer segments
Journey and experience mapping – underpinned by research and analytics
Driving rapid brand exploration through prototype experiences
Planning omni-channel engagement strategies to connect the experience across the consumer ecosystem
Unlocking opportunities for transformation through new products and services
You’ll be a master of your craft…
Well versed in your craft, and versatile in applying your skills to a range of projects. As part of this, you’ll be guiding teams, internal stakeholders, and clients to unlock and activate the brand experience opportunity.
3 + years of hands-on strategy and planning experience in a digital environment
Experience of owning key deliverables building towards brand and experience projects
Delivered strategy led programmes across commerce, CRM and loyalty
Experience as a key player in multi-disciplinary pitch teams
A hunger to innovate (new models & approaches, new consumer experiences) and contribute towards thought leadership
Experience of guiding project teams across disciplines, and contributed to the growth of junior strategists
