About the Role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Associate Director to join OMD UK.  This role will work within our Connected Performance team delivering full funnel, cross media planning across multiple high-profile accounts.
The award winning, unique to the market, Connected Performance team has been built with a real focus on the core craft of media planning. The team is responsible for maximising the effectiveness of each and every plan that we produce through customer centric planning. You will be able to dedicate your time to creating integrated media solutions that combine in-channel planning craft and cross-channel audience understanding with creativity at their heart.
About You
We’re looking for a passionate, confident, experienced and organised planning practitioner with a strong background and who is ferociously passionate about the craft of media planning. You should be confident with market tools and data, but also have a keen eye for creative solutions and new ways of working.
As an Associate Director in the Connected Performance team you will have a background in planning, bringing media expertise and enthusiasm to the role. You will have a wealth of knowledge and understanding of your core media, with the continued desire to build on this through experience.  You will be able to work collaboratively across all agency departments to support delivery of creative and data driven planning solutions which retain strategic integrity through to the stages of implementation and delivery, ultimately creating media strategies that differentiate in the marketplace, achieving best in class work.
