We are a multilingual social listening research agency, specialising in healthcare. Our skilled team of analysts are based in-market and are native speakers of over 45 languages with a deep understanding of both the cultural and pharmaceutical context of the language.
We are looking for an Associate Director, Insights for our Healthcare team. Reporting to the Head of Insights, you will lead a global team of social listening analysts working on healthcare social insight projects. This role would suit an experienced Research Manager in the Pharma field who feels ready to take the next step.
  • Oversee healthcare social insight projects and be the main client contact. Manage the depth and quality of the deliverables ensuring error-free reports are delivered on time, pitching in to do the analysis and insights work when needed.
  • Present the final deliverable to the client, ascertaining client feedback and sharing this with the wider team to create a cycle of continuous improvement.
  • Provide proposal support to the senior team, suggesting methodology and working on pricing and planning.
The role is based in our Hammersmith London office. We are open to the discussion of flexible or agile working arrangements including some remote working and reduced or compressed hours.


You’re an entrepreneurial self-starter who has a passion for identifying and delivering insights that drive impact. You must have direct experience of working on pharmaceutical projects and either experience of project management or evidence that you are ready to step-up to this.
You must:
  1. Speak & write English fluently
  2. Have 4+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
  3. Have a BA/BSc or equivalent undergraduate degree or hold the equivalent practical experience
  4. Be comfortable meeting with and presenting to clients and prospects
  5. Have hands-on experience conducting projects within a life science or pharmaceutical context
It would be an advantage to:
  1. Have experience writing Boolean queries for social listening or have analytics experience using R language or SQL for presenting analytic insights
  2. Be experienced in using social listening tools like Talkwalker, Brandwatch, Radian6, Synthesio or Sysomos or other social listening platforms.
  3. Have experience of leading projects or account management
  4. Have experience writing and pricing compelling proposals to answer a client brief
  5. Have experience of business development
