We’re looking for experienced, engaging and highly-effective inclusion and mentoring trainers to co-design and deliver our innovative and impactful coaching and inclusion programmes in organisations across the creative industries.
Creative Mentor Network is a charity with a mission to make the creative world of work more diverse and inclusive through mentoring. We work with colleges across London to connect talented 16-25 year olds from diverse backgrounds with those working in the creative industries.
We work with some great partners across the creative industries - Havas, Soho House, Sony Music and Sky - matching up their employees with young people and supporting their journey into the industry.
Our model is designed so that everyone wins: supportive careers guidance for students; training and development for mentors; access to diverse talent for creative businesses.
We’re small, but growing fast. We work closely together and always for the benefit of the young people we support. This is a great opportunity to work with a growing charity at an exciting time.
Our Associate Trainers are responsible for engagingly, impactfully and professionally delivering discursive and theory based organisational training.
This delivery could be a one-off 2 hour workshop, half a day, or could be part of a course of training spanning 16 weeks.
Our training workshops are designed, drawing from unique and bespoke Creative Mentor Network content. However, it’s important to us to constantly evolve and improve our offer. As an Associate Trainer, you will also be involved in Creative Mentor Network development days where we bring together our expertise to innovate and develop our training.
Organisational facilitators are also responsible for certain preparatory and logistical tasks relating to the successful running of a workshop or programme. This will include preparing and transporting resources required and developing the training content to ensure it is relevant and meets the needs of each client.
Salary: Rates of pay differ depending on: level of experience, the structure and length of the programme, and the client. Therefore, facilitators can expect to be paid between £200 – £400 per day.
