The Role
The B2B Event Marketing Producer will be an integral member of the B2B Marketing team. You'll lead our client development strategy by capturing and creating value through high-impact events (hosted, sponsored, and virtual). You’ll also be responsible for creating meaningful partnership opportunities with noteworthy organizations who serve similar clients to our own. These events and partnerships will successfully drive leads to the sales team and build brand awareness of our business among leaders in the workforce transformation space.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Plan and execute global B2B event marketing strategy including GA hosted events, 3rd party sponsored events, and virtual events such as livestreams and webinars.
  • Own end to end event production - including format, content, staffing and promotion.
  • Work with GA’s Creative team to deliver event collateral including session decks and promo copy/design.
  • Identify new event opportunities in partnership with key stakeholders.
  • Create a global B2B events calendar, so the team knows the upcoming event cadence.
  • Manage participation in key conferences, speaking engagements and sponsored events
  • Build out best practices for pre-event and post event follow up to maximize exposure and qualified conversations from events
  • Manage event partner selection, including cultivating relationships and negotiating rates with 3rd party conferences to obtain best value.
  • Oversee individual event budgets, including measurement and reporting
  • Evaluate effectiveness of events through surveys, lead tracking, and ROI reporting
  • Work closely with the sales team to define event/program goals and logistics.
  • Collaborate with the Director of B2B Marketing and B2B Marketing Manager to ensure consistency with broader B2B Marketing activities.
  • 2+ of B2B event marketing and/or partnerships
  • Experience leading and managing programs, vendors, and internal resources
  • Self-starter with ability to build programs from scratch: Must have a positive attitude and willingness to roll-up your sleeves and get things done
