Working closely with the company’s sales and marketing leads, the B2B Marketing Manager will be leading activity to win business from new customers, renew and grow business from existing clients. You will need to have hands-on experience in setting up and overseeing an automated lead-generation process using Salesforce and HubSpot and show excellent knowledge of all aspects of lead generation and content-focused sales and marketing funnel management. You will have hands-on experience in deploying and overseeing Account-Based Marketing programmes and have the gravitas and experience of working alongside our agency leadership team. ABOUT THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING
Working within the Sales & Marketing Department, you will be responsible for the planning, strategy, and execution of campaigns that target new clients.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE
Deploying a lead generation programme that drives content-led revenue and leads for sales teams
Defining, codifying, and owning the delivery of our ABM programme
Delivering and owning an automated lead-generation marketing operation via Salesforce and Hubspot
Creating intelligent, insight-driven ABM campaigns that drive response at all levels
Instilling a segmented, data-driven marketing approach
Work in partnership with in-house research, design, and content creation teams
Enhancing the quantity and quality of marketing channels utilised, by delivering up to date marketing practices
Supported marketing attributed revenue campaigns, and run lead generation campaigns for sales teams to close
Demonstrate a results-driven mindset that is all about winning new business
Responsible for entire B2B marketing funnel; brand awareness, demand generation, lead acquisition, and content
Contribute towards the business’ growth targets
Create and own clear lead attribution models and management reporting
WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL
6-8 years B2B marketing experience, in a solution-based environment
Be ruthlessly results-focused
Have expert knowledge and experience with ABM programmess and marketing automation software Salesforce & HubSpot
Good understanding of both digital marketing and inbound strategies as well as more traditional channels (PR, events, etc.)
Commercial and results-driven mindset with getting things done mentality
Ability to work across different functions and countries and maintain a hands-on approach
Good sense of ownership with the desire to win
Strong communication skills to drive collaboration and inspiration across teams.
