Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities:
To feed into calendar to plan brand moments or campaigns across the year, working alongside B&M to ensure alignment with product
To conceptualise and execute campaigns, creating assets to feed all marketing channels to ensure synergy
To support on Influencer capsule shoots
To ensure deliverables are clear and covered
To support on post - retouch, video editing, graphic design
To support on social content calendar
To source and create content
To support with scheduling
To review Influencer posts and decide which to repurpose
To monitor and respond to engagement
Experiential & Partnerships:
To manage Influencer and press relationships
To support with gifting
To monitor the fashion industry news and keep up to date with trends alongside the product teams
To develop innovative, creative and unique approaches to our marketing, helping to keep the brand at the forefront of creativity
To communicate results internally
To manage agencies – PR/Influencer
To help to define brand guidelines
To brief in artwork for homepage
To work with media booker to ensure ATL requirements and timeframes are met
To create copy for all marketing sources
Fully understands the fire, emergency and health & safety procedures of the workplace
Ensures all potential and real hazards are taken care of immediately, and are reported appropriately
Works in a safe and responsible manner, within the framework of legislation and workplace specific policies
Is an ambassador for the brand
Attends training, meetings and other events as requested by direct manager or senior management, including Director of Human Resources
